Partek maintains its office and manufacturing facility in Pine Island, New York. This facility consists of a 14 acre site with 14,200 square feet of manufacturing space and separate offices. A 3200 square foot warehouse was added to the facility late in 2003 to inventory spare parts. Partek maintains a large inventory of parts for Partek lifts as well as Borvig lifts. Partek also offers solutions for owners of older lifts for re-powering and upgrades.We are dedicated to the industry and will continually seek to improve our designs. We are currently in the design phase and will have prototypes ready for testing by spring-summer of 2005. The decision to enter this market has arisen from requests by Ski Area operators and the consolidation of existing manufacturers. Our objective is to broaden our product line and to be as competitive in detachables as we are in the fixed grip market. The development of such a complex system is a monumental undertaking for Partek. Our focus will remain on safety, functionality and reliability of the equipment.
